Architectural
We work on an average of 50 tenant fit-out, renovation/repair and new construction projects each year. Our firm maintains a highly skilled staff who can provide sealed and signed permit and construction drawings ready for permit submission, construction documents, feasibility studies and reports, master planning, ADA code compliance, historic preservation, prototype development and construction administration services. Our staff are knowledgeable in the latest software technologies including AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. With decades of commitment to design quality, technical expertise, and sustainability, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations and build lasting relationships.
Interior Design
Our interior designers work closely with our clients to realize their vision for the look and feel of their interior space. Extent of services are flexible to meet the client’s needs and can include detailed elevations, furniture selection, millwork details, finish sample boards and renderings. Our interior designers can provide their services in conjunction with our architectural services to further develop a project or as an independent consultant.
Kitchen Equipment Consulting
On average, our firm works on 20 food service projects every year including bars, quick-casual and full-service restaurants, bakeries, catering facilities, breweries and night clubs. Consequently, our staff have extensive knowledge and experience with developing detailed food service plans, equipment utility rough-ins, and complete specification cut books. We can provide the Kitchen Equipment Consulting in conjunction with our Architectural services to provide a design that seamlessly ties the front of house and kitchen or as an independent consultant.

The McAllister team is led by LEED Accredited professionals who draw from extensive sustainable project experience to provide cost effective and timely investment grade solutions tailored to meet the needs of each individual project and client. Our ultimate sustainable goal is to provide full circle solutions addressing maintenance, reliability, durability, life cycle, and sustained energy performance while enhancing comfort and experience. Our team of LEED Accredited Professionals will recommend sustainable strategies early in the design process to efficiently integrate into the project and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
